Jack graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science) and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) in 2009. Jack continues to develop his knowledge through seminars and professional development courses and has completed further study in Clinical Pilates and dry needling, and is fully registered with AHPRA and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.
Osteopaths treat a range of conditions caused by everyday activity, work and sport, in patients of all ages from infants through to elderly.
Jack is particularly interested in treating sports injuries and supporting young athletes development. He has previously worked as a sports trainer for several local sporting clubs. He offers individualised treatment based on your medical history, presenting symptoms and previous experience of manual therapy.
Providing advice on exercise rehabilitation, stretching, self-massage/ trigger pointing, posture and lifestyle is a key part of his treatment philosophy.
Jack wants you to feel informed, educated and involved on why you have your current symptoms and what the plan is moving forward to ensure the chances of persisting or recurrent symptoms or pain are minimised.
