Cool, luxurious and comfortable

I booked the penthouse apartment for myself and two friends. Wow!! We had a luxury bedroom each, two with large en-suites. The kitchen and living areas were beautifully designed and extremely spacious. The outdoor terrace and BBQ/dining area are fantastic. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of it all. Will definitely be back. I especially loved the seamless check in process and secure underground car park. Thank you to the team at C@S. Hope to meet you in person next time!

Beautiful, great location

A beautiful, clean 5 star apartment every item you need in apartment.Very comfortable bed.Great location to main street of shops ,galleries eateries. We couldnt come on our original booking as my wife had to go urgently to hospital ,Mel & Elaine were very accommodating in looking after us for a later time.

First time visiting Sorrento and I picking the best apartment and location in the area. From the moment I booked Mel the manager was very helpful in communicating and attentive to our needs. I will bring my whole family next time as the apartments are spacious and modern.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Located on the main street but feel like you are in your own peaceful world. The apartment was so comfortable and had absolutely everything you need - will definitely be going back.

Wonderful 2-Day Break

Our stay at the Carmelo Penthouse was amazing. Everything was perfectly comfortable and accessible ... and the beds were amazing! Hadn't been aware that a grazing plate, wine and chocolates were also part of the stay, which made our time away feel all the more luxurious. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Fabulous mini break

We had 3 nights here and loved it. Early December is ideal. Not too busy and the weather was stunning. We will definitely revisit Carmel at Sorrento. The apartment was beautifully clean and very tastefully presented.

Thank-you to the wonderful staff who were on hand to answer all questions. The accomodation and location was amazing and a perfect place to stay for our trip over to the Peninsula Hot Springs. Can't wait to visit again!

Above and beyond

Carmel at Sorrento was the highlight of our business retreat. Our awesome experience started with Mel who listen to understand our requirements, and organised it beyond our expectation. The apartment was clean and tasteful. Elaine the receptionist was friendly and helpful. A must re-visit property. Stunning

We saw this hotel on our last visit to Sorrento and promised we would stay there one day. We had a tour of the rooms and put it on our bucket list. Our time came and we were not disappointed. Exceptional space, rooms, well appointed kitchen and bonus balcony. We ended up spending another night at the same rate which was another bonus. Lovely friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. Will return without hesitation. Bravo!

Luxury getaway

I booked this as a surprise night away for my partner's 40th birthday. And I cannot speak more highly of the accommodation. Check in was easy and the reception were lovely. Excited to be one of the first guests

We had the privilege of being one of the first guests to stay at this beautiful new establishment and it lived up to all the hype and expectation. Every detail in the room had been thoroughly thought out and the complimentary welcome pack was outstanding and a real surprise when we checked in. The beds were fantastic and the linen exceptional. As we were travelling for business, the WiFi was great - easy connection and very fast. We will most definitely be back to stay at Carmel when we visit Sorrento again.
